'Hair by Sam McKnight'

Exhibition Identity

The Bon Ton designed the marketing campaign, exhibition graphics and book for this major exhibition on Sam McKnight. On show was a diverse range of iconic imagery from Princess Diana's short, slicked back style to Tilda Swinton channelling David Bowie. Due to the hugh range of styles in his work we adopted a modern, chic typographic approach that would work alongside the exhibits. Embracing mirror and anodised aluminium we used reflection as a playful element in the visitor experience.
