'Frieze New York'

This campaign was a collaboration with eight artist estates in and around New York. We had the idea to photograph objects from the archives of famous 20th century artists including: Robert Rauschenberg, Jackson Pollock, Alexander Calder, Donald Judd, Lee Krasner, Keith Haring, Josef and Anni Albers, Mary Frankenthaler and Isamu Noguchi. Working with photographer Nicholas Calcott, we arranged objects into compositions on block coloured backdrops. Campaign images were used across digital printed advertising, bus sides, tube posters and social media.

For the 2018 advertising campaign, we collaborated withe the Frank O'Hara estate. Frank O'Hara is coined the 'art world poet' who wrote his famous 'Lunch Poems' on his lunch break from working at MoMa. We combined text extracts from the poems onto newly commissioned imagery by photographer Clément Pascal. Locations were chosen based on the original settings of the poems. Campaign images were used across digital and printed advertising, street banners, subway posters and social media.
