'Dovetale'

Identity

A restaurant branding project for the two-michelin star Chef Tom Sellers’ new restaurant at 1 Hotel Mayfair. The Bon Ton created a bespoke solution for the logo and identity using calligraphic brush strokes to emulate the expressive but precise flair of the chef with hand-painted illustrations adorning the menus. Aligning with 1 Hotels ethos, sustainable elements and practices are used throughout with recycled materials and natural inks.

'Dover Yard'

A destination bar overseen by Matteo Carretta, bringing his expertise from Claridge’s to 1 Hotel Mayfair. Dover Yard is named after a true Londoner’s shortcut, the former cut-through between Berkeley Street and Dover Street. The Bon Ton reference the original street sign in the bespoke logotype and the bar’s collateral features illustrations by Nina Fuga inspired by the local history, flora and fauna of Green Park.
